Corinne Calabro joined the Sun Devils in August of 2011 as an Assistant Athletics Media Relations Director. In her time at ASU, she has served as the primary media contact for volleyball, game day football programs and softball.
Calabro comes to Tempe from Marshall University located in Huntington, W.Va., where she spent two years as a graduate assistant in the Sports Information Department working with the swimming and diving and softball programs under the watch of Randy Burnside.
Prior to Marshall, Calabro spent the 2008-09 academic year serving as an intern in the media relations department at the University of South Alabama. At USA, she performed SID duties for the cross country and softball programs while also assisting with the game-day tasks for volleyball and men's & women's basketball.
Other media relations experiences for Calabro include time with Kansas State University's SID office, as a camera operator for shows like "Kids a Cookin," at lecture series' and athletic events with K-State TV, the Wichita Wranglers - a Double-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals and the National Baseball Congress World Series.
Calabro earned a master's of science degree in athletic administration with a minor in counseling from Marshall in 2011.
In 2008, Calabro received her bachelor's of science degree in journalism and mass communication with a concentration in electronic media and a minor in leadership studies from Kansas State University.
