Arizona State: All-American in 4x100m in 2004...member of the school-record 4x100m relay at 38.71... 2005 Outdoor: Helped the 4x100m relay break a 25-year old record by running 38.71, bettering the 38.78 mark from 1979...relay also won the Pac-10 Championships and NCAA West Region Championships...fifth in the region at 100m following a PR of 10.39 in the preliminaries...advanced to the semifinals of the NCAA Championships, placing 17th overall... 2005 Indoor: Won the 60m dash at the Double Dual...finished in the Top 6 in the event in all six races run...also finished third in the 200m dash at 21.24 at the Double Dual... 2004 Outdoor: Earned All-America honors as the lead leg on the NCAA runner-up 4x100m relay team...relay holds the second-fastest time in school history (38.92)...also helped relay to titles at the Pac-10 Championships and NCAA West Region meet...in the 11 relay races on the year, ASU finished in the Top 3 nine times...placed seventh at the conference meet in the 100m dash...personal best of 10.39 came in the opening meet of the season...also recorded PR in 200m dash (21.07) by finishing seventh at the Sun Angel Classic... 2004 Indoor: Won the 55m dash at the Double Dual...captured a pair of fourth-place finishes at the NAU Invitational and United Heritage Invitational...clocked a 6.73 at the NAU Invitational to tie for the fifth-fastest mark in school history.

High School: A 2003 graduate of Corona del Sol High School (Tempe)...earned all-city and all-state accolades in 2001, 2002 and 2003...finished second in the 100m dash at the 2003 Mt. SAC Relays...won the 100m dash as a sophomore at the 2001 Great Southwest Classic in Albuquerque, N.M....lettered in track and field four times and in basketball three times.

Personal: Majoring in pre-business...parents are Brian Koehnemann (married to Pam) and Margaret Sandberg (married to Ryne)...stepfather Ryne played 16 seasons for the Chicago Cubs and was inducted into the MLB Hall of Fame July 31, 2005...seven sibling: B.R., Adriane, Justin, Lindsey, Alexis, Chris and Nick...born Oct. 28, 1984, in Tucson, Ariz.
