TEMPE, Ariz.- Linda Hampton-Keith, who has served as assistant coach under Head Coach Jason Watson since 2011, has been named Associate Head Coach, Watson announced Tuesday.
“Linda has been a remarkable addition to our coaching staff,” Watson commented. “She has worked tirelessly to upgrade our recruiting efforts.”
“This work ethic extends itself into the gym, where she continues to excel with the work she does with our athletes. This title change is just a small representation on the wonderful work she does to further enhance our volleyball program.”
Prior to her stint at ASU, Hampton-Keith spent nine years with the USA Volleyball Development Program and as assistant coach at Texas Christian University where she was apart of the coaching unit that took TCU to its first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance in 2009.
In addition, Hampton-Keith is an active member of the AVCA as a representative of the Minority Coaches and Assistant Coaches committees where she has had two articles published for AVCA Magazine as well as a featured speaker at AVCA conventions.

I am also grateful to work with a tremendous support staff from our academic coach, our compliance office and our marketing team who all put in a great deal of time and I look forward to continuing the teamwork it takes to ensure our athletes are having a quality student-athlete experience.”
