The Sun Devil men's golf team couldn't hold onto a final day lead, but still finished a solid second at the Tucker Invitational held at The Championship Course in Albuquerque on Saturday. Arizona State shot rounds of 284-287 to take the 36-hole lead, but New Mexico shot 863 (290-292-281) and won the title by 18 strokes, as ASU shot 310 in the final round.
Jon Rahm shot 3-over 219 on the tough course to tie for ninth (68-72-79), while Alberto Sanchez tied for 11th at 4-over 220 (71-72-77).
