ASU Baseball To Hold Free Youth Clinic Dec. 12

TEMPE, Ariz. -- The Arizona State University baseball program will be providing a free baseball clinic to valley wide area youth ages 7-15. The camp will be held on Dec. 12, 2001 from 6-8:30 p.m. at the Paradise Valley North Little League Fields in Paradise Valley, Ariz.

The free clinic will be run by members and coaches of the Sun Devil baseball team. ASU is one of the premier college baseball programs in the nation, advancing to the College World Series 18 times in its 42-year history, including five national championships. Under current head coach Pat Murphy, the Devils have advanced to postseason play in four of the past five years.

Paradise Valley North Little League is located at Sunrise Middle School on the backside of 52nd St. and Acoma. For more information on the free clinic, please contact the ASU Baseball office at (480) 965-3677.
