Senior (2013):
Has tied three single-game career marks through the non-conference slate. Did well against Portland State on Feb. 23, garnered one hit and one RBI. Primarily used as a pinch hitter, saw action at third base in three games in February and March.

Junior (2012):
Played in 14 games with four starts. Scored runs in wins against Howard, Fresno State and at No. 11 Washington. Recorded a double against Wichita State on March 1 and one RBI at Washington on April 27.

Previous College:
Muniz transferred from Yavapai College, where she helped the Roughriders to a National Junior College Championship in 2011. She amassed 59 runs, 101 hits, 69 RBI, a team-best 27 doubles and hit at a .437 clip. The Phoenix native was an ACCAC All-Conference selection last season as well as being selected to the NJCAA College World Series All-Tournament team.

She is the daughter of Danny and Adrianna Muniz and has one brother, Daniel, and one sister, Desiree. The communications major is a four-year letterwinner from Mountain Pointe High School. Her full name is Danielle Yvette Muniz. She is the only one in her family with green eyes. Hobbies include eating, hanging out the family and friends.
