Arizona State - 2005 XC: Was one of four different Sun Devils to win a race, capturing the Canyon West Classic...placed seventh at the regional race to earn All-West Region honors...placed 10th at the Pac-10 Championships...earned a place on the All-Pac-10 Conference Second Team with her finish...also was a second team selection to the Academic All-Pac-10...placed 60th in her third NCAA appearance...also was 24th at the Roy Griak Invitational... 2005 Outdoor: Scored at the Pac-10 Championships in two events...conference runner-up at 10,000m (35:24.43)...also took fourth at 5,000m (17:03.60) the 10,000m, placed 17th at the NCAA Championships...holds the fourth-fastest time in school history at 34:04.52...recorded the ninth-fastest time in the 5,000m run at 16:22.68 while placing fourth at the Oregon Invitational...won her only race at 3,000m (Double Dual) in 9:49.35... 2005 Indoor: Competed in four races, two each at 3,000m and 5,000m...third in the 3,000m at the Double Dual...provisionally qualified for the national meet in the 5,000m both times she ran... 2004 XC: Proved to be a valuable asset to the team after transferring in from UNC...finished as the team's third or fourth runner in all six races of the season...earned second-team all-Pac-10 honors by placing ninth at the conference meet...also took sixth at the West meet to earn all-region honors...capped season by placing 54th and helping the team to its 8th place finish at the NCAA Championships....was selected Women's Newcomer of the Year at team's banquet.

North Carolina: Graduated summa cum laude from UNC with a BA in history in 2004...athletically, competed in the 2001 NCAA Cross Country Championships, finishing 99th...also finished in the Top 25 at the southeast region that year to earn all-region honors...placed 12th at the 2001 ACC Championships...on the track in 2001, helped the Tar Heel women win the indoor and outdoor track and field ACC championships.

High School: A 2000 graduate of Lake Forest High School (Lake Forest, Ill.)...finished second at the 1999 FootLocker Cross Country National meet after winning the Midwest region event...on the track, won the 1999 Illinois state title in the 3,200m run...holds school records in both the 1,600m and 3,200m runs at LFHS...earned four letters each in cross country and track and field and added one in basketball.

Personal: Studying for a Ph D in History (American Indian History)...parents are William and Amy sister: Elizabeth, a member of the cross country and track and field teams at NC State...born Jan. 20, 1982, in Detroit, Mich....full name is Victoria Louise Jackson...hobbies include windsurfing and kayaking.
