Tammy Webb-Leibl, played for Arizona State volleyball from 1983-1986 under head coach Debbie Brown. She graduated in December of 2011 with a degree in liberal studies. In 1996 she was inducted into the Sun Devil Hall of Fame.

Webb (Leibl) was a 1983 graduate of Ocean View High School in Huntington Beach, Calif. She was an all-city and all-star game most valuable player in 1982.
