Women's Basketball NCAA Basketball FIrst Round
The Sun Devil women's basketball team has been selected as a No. 3 seed and will play in Wells Fargo Arena at 3:30 pm on Saturday, March 21 vs. Ohio. If they win Saturday they will play again in Wells Fargo Arena on Monday, March 23, game time to be determined. This is not a free event for students since it is an NCAA event. However USG is generously purchasing tickets for students who wish to attend.
To claim a ticket, students need to go to the ticket office at Wells Fargo Arena (West Entrance) the day of the game (3/21) after 12 p.m. USG is requesting students use social media and tag USG (@USG_ASU) and the Women’s Basketball team (@SunDevilWBB) with a message when they pick up their ticket.

Q: How many tickets are made available to ASU students?
The student ticket allotment at Sun Devil Athletics venues is approximately 25% of seating capacity at that venue unless otherwise agreed upon by the Student Athletic Fee Operations Board. All student tickets are issued on a first come, first served basis.
Q: Who is eligible for a student ticket?
Currently enrolled ASU students (taking one (1) or more credits) & affiliated students, who pay the Athletic Fee are eligible for student tickets at all Sun Devil sporting events. Paying the Athletic Fee does not guarantee you a ticket.
Q: Does the Athletic Fee allow students access to all Sun Devil Athletics sporting events?
Yes paying the Athletic Fee covers admission (subject to ticket availability) to all SDA sporting events for any ASU or affiliated student.
Q. Does the Athletic Fee allow student access to Pac-12 Championship, NCAA Championship, non-SDA events in SDA venues and/or SDA events at non-ASU venues?
Please note: That unless otherwise designated, admission to Pac-12 Championship, NCAA championship, non-SDA events, and/or SAD events at non-ASU venues are not covered as part of the Athletic Fee.
Q: How much is the Athletic Fee?
The Athletic Fee is $75 per semester and is in addition to tuition and other fees.
Q: What if I am a student but I do not pay the Athletic Fee?
Certain categories of students, such as online students or other affiliated students who do not pay the Athletic Fee have the option to purchase a student season ticket at $150, this will load the tickets on to your student ID. Please call the Sun Devil Ticket Office to order your student season tickets.
These students also have the option to purchase single game tickets based on availability. Single game tickets vary in price and must be purchased in person the week of each game in person at the Sun Devil Ticket Office with valid student ID.
Q: Do Maricopa Community College Students have the ability to purchase student section tickets?
Yes, Maricopa Community College students are eligible to purchase student tickets on a single game basis only. A valid Maricopa Community College ID must be present when purchasing and picking up a wristband. Tickets prices vary by event. One (1) ticket per student. Tickets must be purchased the week of each game in person at the Sun Devil Ticket Office.
Q: What if I misplace my student ID or it is broken or can't be read? Will I still be able to get in?
ASU students must have their student ID swiped in order to gain admittance into Sun Devil Athletic Events. If you misplace your student ID, you will need to get a new ID through the Sun Card Office. If your Sun Card is broken or can’t be read, you will need to see the student customer service table located at the wristband distribution area in Wells Fargo Arena. No other photo ID will be accepted for admission, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Q: Can I transfer my ticket to another student?
No. Student tickets are non-transferrable.
Q: What happens if I give someone my student ID?
Students can only use their own student ID. Students who violate this or any other provision of the Student Code of Conduct will be referred to the Office of the Dean of Students and when necessary the ASU police department.
Q: What are my rights and responsibilities as an ASU student season ticket holder?
All students are held to the Student Code of Conduct. Those who violate these codes will be subject to ejection and could face further sanctions.
