WESTWOOD, Calif.—The Arizona State men’s basketball team dropped an 87-72 road decision to UCLA on Sunday evening at Pauley Pavilion.
ASU is now 2-2 in Pac-12 play and 13-4 overall, while UCLA sits at 13-3 on the year and 2-1 in league action.
Senior Jermaine Marshall led all scorers with 25 points, two off his season high of 27 (vs. Texas Tech, 12/21/13).
Senior Jordan Bachynski recorded two blocks in the contest, and has now moved to second in Pac-12 career blocks with 259, surpassing Channing Frye’s career total of 258 (Arizona, ’01-05). The Pac-12 leader is Anthony Cook’s 278 (Arizona, ’85-89).
