Max Rottluff Shoots 67; Ties For 2nd At Prestige

The Sun Devils improved by 18 strokes from the first two days of the tournament, shooting 18-under 272 to finish at even-par 852 (290-290-272). Due to and Alberto Sanchez injury ASU played just four players in the team competition.
Rottluff played in 14 tournaments last year and had a 72.58 stroke average, 12 rounds in the 60s and his best round was a 67. He already has five rounds in the 60s in just six rounds this year, led by a second-round 66 in the The Amer Ari Invitational. His tie for second is his best college finish.
Junior Austin Quick also fired a 4-under 67 and finished 11th at 3-under 210 (72-71-67). Ki Taek Lee (74-75-69) had a 2-over 218 while Trey Ka'ahanui had a 6-over 219 (75-75-69).
ASU will next compete in the Southern Highlands Masters in Las Vegas March 7-9.
