The No. 29 Arizona State Sun Devils (9-2; Pac-12 0-0) women's tennis team will host Western Michigan University for a non-conference match on Sunday, March 2, at the Whiteman Tennis Center in Tempe, Ariz.

Arizona State is riding a three match win streak entering Sundays competition. On the singles side of play, ASU's Stephanie Vlad improved to a No. 48 overall national ranking, jumping a number of spots from her previous spot at No. 73. Desirae Krawczyk also broke back into the rankings, sitting at No. 122 overall.

Western Michigan is one of the last non-conference opponents the Sun Devils will face this season -- the Broncos, hailing from Kalamazoo, Mich., are unranked and are looking to rebound after dropping two back-to-back decisions against Michigan State and No. 16 Michigan. Western Michigan University is 8-4 on the season and has also already matched up against two top-40 teams, falling at the hands of both the University of Illinois and Notre Dame.

While there is a chance of rain in the forecast, the Sun Devils expect to be able to get a full match in on Sunday afternoon. Doubles play will begin at 11 a.m. weather permitting. Stick with thesundevils.com and Like Arizona State University women's tennis for all the latest details.
