ASU: Ranks second in ASU history in the indoor mile (4:05.18) and fifth in the outdoor 1500m (3:44.01)...earned All-America honors as a member of distance medley relay team which took eighth at indoor nationals in 2000.

2001 Outdoor: ASU's top 800m and 1500m runner...placed ninth in his preliminary heat of the 1500m (3:54.09) at the NCAA Championships...took fifth in the 1500m (3:45.86) at the Pac-10 Championships...NCAA provisional qualifier in the 1500m...won the 1500m at the UA/NAU Double Dual (3:45.12) and at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (3:50.18)...recorded season-best 1500m time at the Stanford Invitational (3:44.13, sixth)...notched two second place finishes in the 1500m (Sun Angel Classic, Pomona-Pitzer Invitational)...placed second in the 800m (1:51.11) at the Oregon Invitational...earned Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention honors.

2001 Indoor: Did not compete.

2000 XC: Competed in four major races, placing 51st at the Roy Griak (25:18), 277th at the NCAA Pre-National Meet (33:59.7), 26th at the Pac-10 Championships (24:38.8) and 40th at the West Regionals...earned Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention honors.

2000 Outdoor: Recorded the fastest ASU times of the season in the 800m (1:49.48) and 1500m (3:44.01), both career times...1500m time is the fifth fastest time in ASU history...posted an NCAA provisional mark in the 1500m (3:44.01) at the Sun Angel Classic, one of three first-place finishes in the event...finished sixth at the Pac-10 Championships in the 1500m (3:48.73).

2000 Indoor: Member of All-American distance medley relay team that placed eighth at the NCAA Championships...posted an NCAA provisional mark in the mile (4:05.98) but did not qualify for NCAAs... earned that time at the Cyclone Classic in Ames, Iowa...turned in second-best mile time in the ASU record books with a mark of 4:05.18.

1999 XC: ASU's sixth-best finisher at all three championship meets... placed 44th at the Pac-10s (26:14.8), 47th at the West Regional (32:17) and 198th at the NCAAs (33:25)... posted a season-best time of 25:34 to finish 88th at Pre-NCAA Meet.

1999 Outdoor: Recorded ASU's second-best times in the 800m and 1500m... finished ninth in the 1500m at the Pac-10 Championship (4:02.44)... ran a season-best 3:46.31 to finish second at the UA/NAU Double Dual... won the 1500m at the ASU Invitational (3:56.71)... posted two victories in the 800m, capturing the Bill Sawyer (1:51.72) and Arizona Elite Classic (1:51.44)... clocked his season's best 800m time, 1:51.20, to finish third at the Baldy Castillo Invitational.

1999 Indoor: ASU's best miler, clocking a 4:15.53 to win the Double Dual... the altitude-adjusted time of 4:07.31 ranks as the second-best time in ASU history... finished fifth in the mile at the MPSF Championships (4:14.50).

1998 XC: Finished 42nd at the Pac-10 Championship (25:25) and 62nd at NCAA Regional (32:54)... registered first top-10 finish at Sundodger Invitational in Seattle, placing 10th in 25:37.

1998 Track: Redshirted.

1997 XC: Competed in all six races with a season-best time of 26:18 at the ASU Invitational... finished 54th at Pac-10s and 75th at regionals.

High School: 1997 graduate of Paradise Valley High School in Phoenix, Ariz... lettered four years in track and four years in cross country... USA Track and Field Champion in the 1500m... high school cross country team MVP for four years... track and field team MVP for two years.
