2012 (Freshman): Appeared in five games, including two starts...went 2-0 in 13.2 innings pitched...was slated as the team's Sunday starter, making his first career appearance against Western Michigan on Feb. 18...pitched four innings and gave up two hits with five strikeouts to earn his first collegiate win...did not pitch again until March 13 due to an injury...had an almost identical second start, went four innings with five strikeouts and earned the win over Utah Valley on March 13...against Arizona in the final game of the season, came in as a reliever in the fourth inning and pitched 3.2 scoreless innings to help the Sun Devils rally and tie the game.
