TEMPE, Ariz. - Arizona State softball hosts its Pac-12 home opener against No. 23 Oregon State beginning Thursday at 7 p.m. Friday's game is also at 7 p.m. and the series finale will be at 2 p.m. Saturday on the Pac-12 Network.

All three games of the series will have live stats, updates via Twitter @ASUSoftball and streamed audio by Blaze Radio. Saturday's 2 p.m. game will be the first ASU softball game to be broadcasted on the Pac-12 Network.
The Sun Devils (31-3, 2-1 Pac-12) are coming off a 2-1 series win at No. 12 UCLA last weekend. The Beavers (23-6, 0-0 Pac-12) start their Pac-12 action with ASU, getting a bye in conference play last week and instead coming off midweek games at UC Davis and CSU Bakersfield.
Arizona State leads the series 72-29 dating back to 1977. The last time the two teams met, in 2011, one of the three games in the series was cancelled due to weather. ASU has won seven of the last 11 meetings and under skipper Clint Myers the team is 15-6 against the Beavers.
Second ranked ASU is third in the Pac-12 with a 2-1 record in conference play. Nationally, the Sun Devils are third as a team in batting average, .361, second in win/loss percentage, .912, and 14th in ERA, 1.62.
Food Drive: Food drive benefitting, Tempe Community Action Agency, TCAA. ASU softball's goal is to donate 500 pounds of canned food over the weekend to give to Tempe families in need.
Thursday: Karsten Night. Fans are invited to celebrate ASU's home golf course. There will be a putting contest.
Friday: Photo Friday. All fans can stick around after the game to have their pictures taken with the team in the outfield.
Saturday: The first 250 fans to Farrington will receive one of the collectible All-American posters. This week is junior pitcher Dallas Escobedo. Autographs will be signed by the entire team following the game.
