TEMPE, Ariz. - Three-time defending Pac-10 Champion Arizona State baseball will host the 2010 Alumni Game at Winkles Field-Packard Stadium at Brock Ballpark on Saturday, February 6. First Pitch will be at 1 p.m. for the exhibition contest between the 2010 Sun Devil baseball team and a team made up of alumni players.
The Alumni Weekend festivities begin on Friday with the annual Alumni Golf Tournament and will conclude with the 2010 Alumni Game. Fans interested in purchasing season tickets will have the opportunity to Select-A-Seat, while fans who have already purchased their 2010 season packages can pick up their tickets at the event. Admission to the Alumni Game is free.
Head Coach Tim Esmay and the 2010 Sun Devils will welcome back many former Sun Devils to Tempe for the event, including ASU legend and first ever Golden Spikes Award winner Bob Horner, Major League All-Star Hubie Brooks and many other former ASU greats.
"We are very excited to bring back one of the most popular events we have," said coach Esmay. "It is a great opportunity for Sun Devil fans to see the current team as well as their favorite Sun Devils from years past."
Arizona State will open the 2010 season on Friday, February 19 against Northern Illinois at Winkles Field-Packard Stadium at Brock Ballpark.
