Former junior college standout who had one of the best two-year careers in ASU history. Finished his career eighth in points (853), tied for seventh in scoring average (14.7), tenth in field goals (301) and seventh in free throw percentage (.732) among two-year Sun Devils. Averaged 17.4 points per game in Pac-10 play in 2002-2003, tied for fifth in the loop, and his 15.9 points per game overall was tenth in the league. Finished his career with 13 20-point games and made 49-of-56 (.875) free throws in the final 10 games and averaged 19.9 points in that span. Nearly posted the first triple-double in ASU history with his 17-point, 11-rebound and nine-assist performance vs. Memphis in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on March 20. Earned honorable mention All-Pac-10. Top games were 25 points vs. Oregon in Pac-10 Tournament on March 13, 27 points vs. Oregon on March 6, 27 points vs. USC on Feb. 13 and 26 points in his season debut vs. Utah on Nov. 27.

Made his mark in his initial season in 2001-2002 as he was one of three Sun Devils to start all 29 games and led the team in minutes per game at 30.1. Averaged 13.9 points in Pac-10 and in his final 25 games, the southpaw averaged 14.3 points, including a season-high 27 at Arizona on Feb. 20, 24 at Washington State on Jan. 12 and 21 at UNLV on March 12. Millage averaged 15.2 points in road games in his first year of Division I play and posted double digits in nine of the 11 contests. Included in those games was a 24-point game at Washington State in which he was 8-of-11 (.727) from the field and a 27-point game at Arizona. He also shot 30-of-37 (.811) from the line on the road and averaged 31.5 minutes. Posted a team-leading 46 steals and was named to the all-tournament team of ASU's holiday tournament after scoring 19 vs. Northwestern on Dec. 29. Led ASU with 18 points, including 10-of-13 from the free throw line, against Utah on Dec. 4 at America West Arena.

Led third-seeded Los Angeles Southwest College to the state championship in 2000-200 and averaged close to 23 points, 3.5 assists and 3.5 steals. Earned Southern California Community College Player of the Year and averaged 18.3 points in the three playoff games. Averaged 19.8 points, 4.3 steals and shot .514 from the field in freshman season and scored 41 points in one game. A 1999 graduate of Manual Arts High School and captained the basketball and volleyball teams.

Goes from baseline to baseline as fast as anyone and has a great ability to get to the rim. Has excellent quickness, acceleration and hops and ranked as a top-five California junior college recruit according to Tony Jimenez of JUCO Report in spring of 2001 and showed an explosive first-step. Loves volleyball as he played the sport in high school.
