TEMPE, Ariz.—Sun Devil Athletics recently launched its newly upgraded athletics compliance website.
The revamped website, sundevilcompliance.asu.edu, will serve as an easy-to-access destination for Sun Devil Athletics’ stakeholders to learn about NCAA rules and efficiently work through Compliance Office and other SDA processes. Ultimately, the website helps demonstrate SDA’s continued commitment to making NCAA rules compliance a top institutional priority.
“We are very excited to get our new website up and running,” said Steve Webb, Executive Director of Athletics Compliance. “The website is one part of our office’s approach to providing SDA stakeholders with the information they need when they need it in a way that's easily understood.”
The website covers educational materials for all major branches of Sun Devil Athletics – coaches, student-athletes, boosters, prospects, ASU faculty and staff, and agents. Additionally, the site contains an archive for previously distributed SDA Compliance Office educational materials that is regularly updated as new educational content is created.
As part of SDA’s ongoing efforts to improve interdepartmental efficiency, the site also features Compliance Office forms that can be completed and sent electronically. Along with increasing efficiency, these electronic forms replace what were previously paper processes and help ASU forward its sustainability goals. Now that the website has been launched, the Compliance Office intends to focus on moving more of its standard paperwork to electronic formats that can be accessed from the website.
Sun Devil student-athletes, coaches, staff members, and fans comport themselves with integrity – one of the prongs of the pitchfork – along with championship performance, graduation, and tradition. Playing and competing with integrity means following the rules of the game. Learn more about the rules of the game for Sun Devil Athletics by visiting the new NCAA compliance website.
