CORVALLIS, Ore. - The Sun Devils dropped its third consecutive Pac-12 tilt on Nov. 3 as No. 13 Oregon State limited the Sun Devil offense in the second half in a 36-26 decision in Corvallis, Ore.

The ASU defense had its moments, scoring nine of ASU's 19 points while Brandon Magee posted 12 tackles on the game, but the effort was not enough.

The Sun Devils allowed two receivers to record over 100 receiving yards on the game (Wheaton with 108 yards and Cooks with 116), marking just the first and second time that has happened this season.

LOS ANGELES - ASU forced a season-high five turnovers, including three interceptions and two fumbles, but the No. 21 USC Trojans were able to pull away in the second half en route to a 38-17 victory in Los Angeles on Nov. 10.

Quarterback Matt Barkley threw a career-high three interceptions, but USC was able to score 24 unanswered in the second half to separate from the Devils.

The Sun Devils scored first, following a USC fumble, on a 34-yard touchdown pass to tight end Chris Coyle, and then retook the lead, 14-7, on a 100-yard interception return by safety Alden Darby

ASU’s defense forced two turnovers in the first half and tight end Chris Coyle had a pair of touchdown catches to lead the Sun Devils in their final home game of the season.

The Devils stingy pass defense held the Pac-12’s passing leader to just 240 passing yards passing - 137 below its season average – while ASU’s offense racked up 561 total yards.

The Sun Devils trailed by 10 points entering the fourth quarter, but scored 24 unanswered points in the frame to bring the Territorial Cup trophy back to Tempe.

Grice finished the game with a career-high 156 yards and three touchdowns and was named the Bob Moran Most Valuable Player of the game.
