Eight Sun Devil football student-athletes have earned All-Pac-12 honors from Phil Steele, led by First Team members Garth Gerhart and Jamal Miles. Gerhart was the First Team center, while Miles was the First Team punt returner.
Gerhart, a senior from Norco, Calif., started all 12 games at center for ASU, leading the offensive line. Miles (Peoria, Ariz.) also earned Second Team honors as the kick returner. The junior returned 14 punts for 232 yards for an average of 16.6 yards per return. He also returned one for a touchdown. He returned 30 kickoffs for 788 yards, an average of 26.3 yards per return. He returned two for touchdowns.
Senior wide receiver Gerell Robinson and senior safety Clint Floyd also earned Second Team honors. Robinson (Phoenix, Ariz.) led the team with his 64 receptions for 1,156 yards and tied for the team lead with six touchdowns. Floyd (Los Angeles, Calif.) totaled 62 tackles and intercepted three passes. He also forced two fumbles.
Junior running back Cameron Marshall, senior defensive end Jamaar Jarrett, junior linebacker Vontaze Burfict and senior linebacker Colin Parker all earned Third Team nods. Marshall (San Jose, Calif.) ran for 1,083 yards and tied a school record with his 18 touchdowns. Jarrett (San Marcos, Calif.) had 5.5 tackles for loss and two sacks in his 12 games this year, forcing two fumbles. Burfict (Corona, Calif.) led the team with his 68 tackles, including seven for loss and five sacks. Parker (Chandler, Ariz.) was second on the team with his 67 tackles, including six for loss and 2.5 sacks. He also leads the team with his four forced fumbles.
