Cart Services:
Sun Devil Stadium provides 12 six-passenger carts and 3 wheelchair carts throughout the stadium. Guests are asked to wait in line at their chosen pick-up location.

Operation Time:
90 minutes prior to kick-off until the end of 1st Quarter. Mid-3rd Quarter until 30 minutes after completion of game

Pre-Game Pick-up Locations and Drop-off Locations:
Northwest Gate to Northwest Concourse and Northeast Concourse
North Gate to Northeast Concourse, Northwest Concourse
Northeast Gate to Northeast Concourse, Northwest Concourse, Loge and Upper Deck**
Southwest Gate to Southwest Concourse
Southeast Gate to Southeast Concourse
**Loge and Upper deck travel from this location stops 15 minutes prior to kick-off

Post-Game Pick-up and Drop-off Locations:
Northwest Concourse to Northwest Gate, North Gate and Northeast Gate
Northeast Concourse to Northwest Gate, North Gate and Northeast Gate
Southwest Concourse to Southwest Gate
Southeast Concourse to Southeast Gate
Please know that these carts do not leave the Stadium Gates anytime throughout the event.

Lost and Found:
Recovered items are turned into the Police Station at Section 7 during the event. Guest needing to claim a lost item can do so at the Police Station until 20 minutes after the completion of the game. Any item not claimed during the game, will be given to the Office of Athletic Operations and Facilities the Monday following the event. Please call 480-965-3933 to claim your lost item.

Guest Assistance Centers
Locations: Behind Section 13 and Section 37
Purpose: To provide our guests a place where they can obtain information about our surrounding cities, obtain assistance, offer suggestions, register complaints, pick-up prizes, and learn more about our other sport teams.
Gates: Gates open 90 minutes prior to kick-off.

Student's Gates are located at the Southeast and North Gates.

Re-Entry Policy:
All guests wishing to leave the stadium must get their hand stamped prior to exiting the stadium. Upon re-entering the stadium, all guests must have their hand stamped and ticket stub in order to re-enter the stadium.
