TEMPE, Ariz. – No. 5 Arizona State, alongside the Pac-12's 11 women's golf teams, will head west for the 2017 Pac-12 Preview, which serves as a benchmark near the end of the fall season before next spring's Pac-12 championships.
The two-day tournament takes place Monday, Oct. 23 and Tuesday, Oct. 24.
LAST TIME OUT
ASU earned their fifth straight top-3 finish dating back to last season at Texas' Betsy Rawls Invitational. Individually, Olivia Mehaffey earned her second straight top-10 finish, finishing in a tie for sixth, while Linnea Strom earned her third top-10 finish of the season in as many opportunities.
THE STREAK
Going into the Pac-12 Preview, the Sun Devils have finished top-3 in 11 of their last 12 tournaments, dating back to last year's Pac-12 Preview, including their fifth straight top-3 finish at the Betsy Rawls Invite two weeks ago.

TOURNAMENT HISTORY
Last season, the Sun Devils ended their 2016 fall season on a high note, winning the Pac-12 Preview, ultimately beating out Arizona after going neck-in-neck down the stretch. Sophia Zeeb, Linnea Strom, and recent grad Monica Vaughn finished in a three-way tie for ninth.
THE FIELD
The University of Hawai'i Rainbow Wahine serve as the unofficial hosts of the 12-team tournament along with the Pac-12's 11 women's golf teams. Hawai'i and No. 5 Arizona State are joined by No. 3 UCLA, No. 9 Stanford, No. 11 Colorado, No. 14 USC, and No. 18 Washington as well as Arizona, Cal, Oregon, Oregon State, and Washington State.
THE VENUE
The tournament will take place at the Nanea Golf Club in Kailua-Kona on Hawaii's Big Island. The exclusive, invitation-only club, which has hosted the Pac-12 Preview the past four years, is the brainchild of financiers Charles Schwab and George Roberts.
The clubhouse was designed to resemble the island's five volcanoes and the club grounds are extremely private.
For this tournament, the course will play par-73, 6,112 yards.
SCHEDULE
The two-day tournament, ASU's third straight such tournament, features 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday. There will be a shotgun start at 7:30 am Hawai'i time/10:30 am Arizona time each day.
