    2010 Men and Women's Swimming and Diving Season in Review

    MEN'S SWIMMING AND DIVING(Dorsey Tierney-Walker, SWIMMING/1st SEASON; Mark Bradshaw, DIVING/13th SEASON) 
Constantin Blaha and Riley McCormick dominated in their first year of competition... McCormick earned All-American honors on the 10-meter platform after finishing runner-up at the NCAA Championships... Blaha was named All-American Honorable Mention on the 3-meter and 10-meter platform... McCormick won the 10-meter platform at both the Pac-10 Championships and Zone E Championships... Blaha was named Pac-10 Diver of the Meet after winning the 3-meter and placing second on the 1-meter and fourth on the platform... The Sun Devils swept the Pac-10 diving awards as McCormick won Newcomer of the Year and Diver of the Year and Mark Bradshaw earned his sixth Pac-10 Coach of the Year honor... Sun Devils place fifth at Pac-10 Swimming and Diving Championships... Dorsey Tierney-Walker goes 2-7 (0-4) in dual meets during her first season at ASU.

    WOMEN'S SWIMMING AND DIVING (Dorsey Tierney-Walker, SWIMMING/1st SEASON; Mark Bradshaw, DIVING/13th SEASON)
 Elina Egger earned All-American honors on the 10-meter platform after finishing fourth at the NCAA Championships... Rebecca Ejdervik placed sixth in the 100 breast to receive All-American status... Jamie Martinez, Ashley Evans and Jordyn Green additionally qualified for the NCAA Championships... Eggers won the 10-meter platform at both the Pac-10 Championships and Zone E Championships... Ejdervik was the 100 breast Pac-10 Champion... Eggers was named Pac-10 Diving Newcomer of the Year... Sophomore Eggers was the lone diver to medal in each diving event at the Pac-10 Championships... Eggers set the five-year standing ASU 3-meter dual meet record... Green placed sixth in the 200 breast and seventh in the 100 breast at the Pac-10 Championships... Martinez placed fifth in the 100 backstroke at the Pac-10 Championships... Sun Devils finished 22nd at NCAA Championships and sixth at Pac-10 Championships... Dorsey Tierney-Walker's squad goes 6-6 (2-5) in her first season as head coach.
