    Sun Devils Continue to Shine at US Open Swimming Championships

    INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.—Another day of competition for the Sun Devils at the US Open Swimming Championships in Indianapolis, Ind. Swimmers Shannon Landgrebe, Tristin Baxter and incoming transfer Taylor Wohrley are all competing in the Championship hosted by USA Swimming.

    Baxter finished in ninth place overall in the 400 free, Wednesday. The Sun Devil distance swimmer touched in with a time of 4:13.29, just shy of her personal best time. Wohrley, a backstroke specialist, finished in 20th overall in the 200 back. Joining the Sun Devils in the fall, Wohrley swam the event in a time of 2:15.64.

    Landgrebe did not compete on Wednesday and all three swimmers have the day off on Thursday. Baxter is equipped with a camera for the US Open Swimming Championships and is taking picture of the Sun Devils’ time in Indianapolis.
