PALO ALTO, Calif. - Follow along with today's live blog to track the progress of the Arizona State University cross country teams as both the men's and women's squads are looking to punch their tickets to the NCAA Championships today as they compete at the NCAA West Regional Championships in Palo Alto, Calif. Events are scheduled to get underway at 10 a.m. PST (11 a.m. Arizona time) and the live blog will begin shortly prior to that.
