2008 (Junior): Appeared in seven games, going hitless in six at bats...had one RBI.
Junior College: Played one year at Chandler-Gilbert Community College in Gilbert, Arizona in 2005...appeared in 17 games, going 9-28 (.321) with three RBI...also stole three bases...attended Mesa Community College from 2005 to 2006 where he played football as a quarterback and running back... also attended Allan Hancock Community College in Santa Maria, Calif. in 2006, where he played football as an outside linebacker.
High School: A 2004 graduate of Queen Creek High School in Queen Creek, Arizona... lettered a total of nine times, three times for baseball... named captain of the baseball team for two years... stole 36 bases in 37 attempts in 2004...named 1st team All-State in 2004 ...named Arizona Republic Second Team and First Team All-Region in 2004 as well.
