--Underdog Colvin could help Sun Devils right away (by Doug Haller, Arizona Republic/Oct. 14, 2011)

"The one thing that really stands out watching Chris is his quickness. He's one of those guys you can get excited about on the defensive end of the floor. He has a very quick first step. He's eye-catching with his quickness. He's picked it up right away and he is really an unselfish guard. He delights in getting everybody involved and with his defensive quickness, he could be an outstanding defender." -- Coach Sendek talking about Chris Colvin.

"Everytime we break the huddle, I encourage him to push the ball when you get it. Either he's going to create something, or if we don't have anything, it's putting more pressure on the defense from the jump."-- Trent Lockett talking about Chris Colvin.
