LAST COLLEGE: Spent two seasons at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, Calif....played outside linebacker...was named defensive captain as a sophomore.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2001 graduate of Irvine (Calif.) High School...earned All-C.I.F. and All-Sea View League honors...helped his team to a 14-0 record and league championship...served as a team captain...recorded 125 tackles and 8.5 sacks as a senior...was coached by Terry Henagan.
PERSONAL: Earned his degree (B.I.S., Interdisciplinary Studies; communication and sociology) following the Fall, 2006 semester...parents are Bob (loan officer) and Linda (teacher) Howe of Irvine, Calif....has a brother, Kirk (28), and a sister, Katie (25)...enjoys golfing, fishing and playing table tennis...born in May of 1982...full name is David Andrew Howe.
