TEMPE, Ariz. - Arizona State defensive lineman Will Sutton has been named to the 2012 CBSSports.com All-America Team, the website announced Monday.

Sutton was also named the Pat Tillman Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year, an AFCA FBS Coaches All-American and a Bednarik Award semifinalist. He recorded 10.5 sacks and 20 tackles for loss, along with three forced fumbles and five pass breakups, despite missing one game and the majority of another due to injury.

He leads the Pac-12 and ranks fifth in the FBS with 1.82 tackles for loss per game, and also ranks 13th in the nation and third in the conference with .95 sacks per game. A force that can line up in multiple spots on the defensive line, he has anchored a pass-rush defense that is second in the nation in both sacks (4.0) and tackles for loss per game (8.83).

Safety Keelan Johnson was named a First Team All-Pac-12 CBSSports.com All-American. Johnson recorded three interceptions in the Sun Devils' final two regular season games, both wins, and collected a team-high five on the season, which is third most in the conference. His 6.8 tackles per game (81 total) also ranked 13th in the conference and was among the highest for defensive backs.

He now has eight career interceptions, which is tied for the second most by a Sun Devil since 2000. Troy Nolan had 10, followed by Mike Nixon with eight, Omar Bolden with seven, Josh Barrett with six and Justin Tryon with four.

Johnson and Sutton guided a Sun Devil defense that led the Pac-12 in both pass defense and pass efficiency defense, as well as rank second in the conference in total defense.
