James Byrne finished without a loss and with four victories at the Callaway Match Play Championship as he helped ASU top second-seeded Washington, 3 and 2, Tuesday afternoon.

Byrne defeated Charlie Hughes, 4 and 3, while teammate Knut Borsheim defeated Chris Williams (2-up) and Braxton Marquez did the same to Chris Killmer, 5 and 4.

ASU finished the event with two wins and two losses and will next host the ASU Thunderbird Invitational on April 2 and 3 at the ASU Karsten Golf Course.
