Sun Devil Austin Quick shot a 1-under 139 (71-78) Monday at Talking Stick North in the Wyoming Cowboy Classic and is tied for 29th entering Tuesday's final round.
The Sun Devils shot a 2-over 562 (281-281) and are tied for 12th. Stan Gautier shot even 140 (68-72) and is tied for 40th, while Spencer Fletcher (71-71) and David Lowe (71-71) are both tied for 51st at 2-over 142.
Freshman Mathias Schjoelberg is tied for 77th at 5-over 145.
After the Wyoming Classic the Sun Devils will next compete in the Pac-12 Tournament held April 27-29 in Corvallis.
Arizona State won 12 Pac-10 titles in its 33 seasons, including a conference record six straight from 1995-2000. In addition to the six straight Pac-10 titles, ASU's other five Pac-10 titles came in 1979 (its first year in the league), 1981, 1989, 1990, 1993 and 2008. ASU tied for the league title in 2005 with Washington but lost on a tiebreaker formula, and the league decided to go to a playoff format after that season.
