Arizona State - 2010-11: Continued to be one of the team leaders and highest performers as a true junior... Amassed a 23-16 record on the season at 184 while going 10-8 at duals... Advanced to his first NCAA Championship Won the 184 title at the Pac-10 Championships2009-10: Finished the year with a 12-13 overall record and went 8-7 in duals at 184 pounds... placed fourth at the Pac-10 Championships, improving by two places from his first appearance... upset No. 7 Jerome Ward (Iowa State) with a 3-2 decision at a dual held in Tempe... face six foes ranked in the Top 9 during the season (1-5)... went 4-2 against Pac-10 foes in duals before going 2-2 at the conference tournament... 2008-09: Opened the year as a redshirt and won the 184 title at the Embry-Riddle Open before being called upon to become the starter at 184... eventually went on to finish sixth at the Pac-10 Championships... posted an 11-12 record with a 5-4 mark in dual competitions... scored a 13-0 major decision over Tim Hawkins (CS Fullerton) in the Pac-10 Championships... recorded both of his pins in the first period, including one at 2:53 at the Reno Tournament of Champions... lost a pair of matches in overtime, including one in the first tiebreaker round... went 3-2 in home duals.
