Women's golfer Jaclyn Sweeney has been named ASU's Athlete of the Week for the week ending September 19th. Sweeney was instrumental in helping the Sun Devils capture their fourth TOPY Cup.

Junior golfer Jaclyn Sweeney recorded her first collegiate victory as a Sun Devil as she helped lead ASU to their first victory of the season at the TOPY Cup. Sweeney carded two rounds under par to finish 5-under 211 (70-72-69). As an ASU TOPY Cup medalist, Sweeney joins the likes of ASU greats Amy Fruhwirth, Wendy Ward and Grace Park who have won the TOPY Cup while at ASU. Thanks in part to Sweeney's stellar tournament, the Sun Devil went on to win their fourth TOPY Cup by 26 strokes.
