TEMPE, Ariz. - Alexandra Doller, Blair Alderson and Sierra Cook all found the back of the net on Friday as the Arizona State women's soccer team defeated Oklahoma 3-0 during day one of the Sun Devil Desert Classic.
Doller got the Devils started early when she took a pass from Alderson in the fifth minute and beat Oklahoma's keeper to put ASU up 1-0.
Alderson added the first goal of her career in the 58th minute after being set up by teammate Sierra Cook.
Cook put the game out of reach when she scored her third goal of the season in the 62nd minute.
Junior goalkeeper Alyssa Gillmore made six saves to earn her first shutout of the season.
The Sun Devils will return to action on Sunday when they face Missouri at 1:30 p.m. Missouri defeated Arizona 1-0 in game one on Friday. Arizona and Oklahoma will face each other in Sunday's first game at 11 a.m.
