TEMPE, Ariz. - The Arizona State softball program will host its annual golf tournament on Dec. 1 at the Arizona Grand Resort in Phoenix. Registration starts at 8 a.m. with a 9:30 a.m. shotgun start.

The $150 entry fee per golfer includes: green fees and cart, practice balls, an ASU softball shirt and luncheon after golf and prizes. The lunch includes grilled hamburgers, chicken breasts and all the fixings.

For those who would like to join us for the lunch, without golfing, please fill out the pre-paid reservation form here. Lunch will begin at 2 p.m. in the Banquet Room.

Please RSVP as soon as possible and no later than Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012.

Prices
$150 per player (ASU softball player/caddie per foursome)
$250 to become a tee sponsor (includes autographed hole sponsorship sign)
$750 tee sponsor plus foursome golf spot (includes autographed hole sponsorship sign, lunch and shirt for each golfer)

There will be prizes for first, second and the third place winners; prizes for Hole in One, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin and Longest Putt; raffle prizes at the silent auction.
