Sept. 20, 2012
ANN ARBOR, Mich. -
The Arizona State women's tennis team will open up the 2012 fall pre-season play at the Wolverine Invitational hosted by the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Mich.
The Sun Devils start off with something that is sure to help them this year -- experience. ASU only graduated two players from last year, Michelle Brycki who played in doubles and at the #2 singles spot most of the year, as well as Sianna Simmons who suffered an injury and missed the back end of the season.
Arizona State will take on Florida in doubles play on Friday at 10 a.m. The singles action will kick in against Michigan later that day.
Each team will play three rounds of singles and three rounds of doubles.
