ASU Football Season Ticket Renewal Information
Renewal Deadline
Please note that the deadline for payment to retain your 2008 season ticket location is May 1st at 5 pm. The Sun Devil Ticket Office reserves the right to release your seat location for new season ticket sales after the May 1st deadline. If your seats require a scholarship premium, full payment is also due May 1st.

You may renew your season tickets ONLINE by visiting thesundevils.com or by phone at 480.727.0000. Save $10 by renewing your tickets online!
RENEW YOUR TICKETS ONLINE AND SAVE $10!
1) Click on the Ticket Renewal banner at the top of the page
2) If you renewed your 2007 tickets online, enter your username and password. If you have not renewed online previously, or do not remember your username and password, select icon to create a new username and password
3) Enter your customer #
4) Select the renewal option. If you have upgrade requests, please enter that request, being as specific as possible, in the text box provided
5) If you are requesting parking, please purchase the quantity of passes that you want on this form and that will be added to your total
6) If you are requesting additional single game tickets, you can add those on to this form as well.
7) Select the payment method and click submit

Parking
Parking in the Reserved North Lot, Lot 2 and Lot 6 Paved (now called Lot 6) will remain the same. However, some changes will occur in the other parking lots that may affect your parking for 2008. When the details regarding the other parking lots are finalized we will release that information through our normal channels, including this webpage. For now, please request the number of parking passes you want, based on the 1-4 season ticket formula, and submit payment for parking. Parking will be assigned based on the priority point system after the renewal deadline of May 1st.
Tailgating and Parking
We want a great atmosphere both inside and outside the stadium on gameday, but with that comes some challenges. We want to provide everyone with our tailgating policies here and we will also have these on your parking passes this season so everyone is informed and your gameday experience is a positive one.
- One space per vehicle, per pass.
- There will be no saving spaces in the general admission lots.
- Parking lots open 3.5 hours prior to kickoff.
- No glass containers are allowed in the lots.
- No open flames are allowed in enclosed parking structures (top floor only).
- Vehicles pulling trailers will be directed to the RV parking lot.
- Any violation of these policies can result in revocation of parking passes.
Season Ticket Upgrades
Requests for upgrades should be made online or on your renewal form and submitted at the time your renewal application is due. Please be as specific as possible. Information such as section, aisle preference and row ranges are the most helpful. Every request is reviewed. If we are unable to fill your request, your seat location will remain the same as the previous year.

Season Ticket Transfers
Season Tickets may only be transferred to immediate family members. You cannot transfer your priority points, and whoever purchases the tickets would do so at full price. Any discounted or scholarship premium exemptions are forfeited upon transfer. If you have questions, please call Dean Okimoto at 480-727-0101.
Will Call Tickets
Will Call tickets can be picked up at the South End of Sun Devil Stadium from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday or starting at noon on home game days. Photo ID is required to pick up tickets. Ticket Office and Will Call hours are available by calling 480-727-0000.
Postseason Tickets
Should the Sun Devils qualify for postseason play, bowl tickets are assigned based upon availability, priority points and giving level. The priority points system will then determine seat location.
Payroll Deduction
Currently employed Faculty and Staff of ASU can choose to pay with payroll deduction. In order to pay using this method, you must contact the ticket office and renew your seats over the phone and say that you are paying with payroll deduction. Payroll deduction will start in July and be spread over 10 pay periods.
